Helen is responsible for Intel Capital’s investment activities in Northern China.Prior to joining Intel in 1999, Helen spent 12 years with ABB in China and the USA where she held various management positions including General Manager of Strategic Investments, Business Development and Marketing, Chief Representative of China, and Corporate Treasury/International Project Finance/Sales in the USA. During this period, Ms. Chiu was responsible for the establishment of over 7 foreign invested enterprises for ABB in China, and financing for energy ventures in the US, China, and Middle East. Ms. Chiu started her career in New York in international finance with the Bank of America. At Intel Capital, Ms. Chiu has been working with entrepreneurs in the IT and communications industries as a strategic investor since 1999. Ms. Chiu received her MBA from the Yale School of Management and BA from Princeton University.
