Mr.Tsuda is the Chief Representative Officer of JAIC International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Representative Office. He joined JAIC (Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd.) in 1993 and was appointed to Shanghai Representative Office in May of 2005. Prior to Shanghai Office, he spent 8years in Japan & 4 years in Taiwan as an investment manager and achieved 6 IPOs from his portfolio.
    JAIC is ranked one of the biggest Venture Capital firms in Japan which covers Japan, U.S.A., Greater China region, Korea and South East Asian countries.
    In Greater China region, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, JAIC Group has been seeking investment opportunity since early 90’s. Until the end of May 2006, JAIC has made investment in 65 deals and has achieved 26 IPOs from its portfolio.
